Fire Station 103

The Fire Station 103 project includes the supply, fabrication, and installation of exterior cladding and glazing systems forming the building envelope. The work will be executed in accordance with the issued construction documents, approved shop drawings, applicable codes, and manufacturer requirements to deliver a complete, durable, and weather-tight façade.

1. Exterior Cladding Systems

Supply and install exterior cladding systems, including but not limited to:

• Metal siding / metal panel systems
• Sub-framing systems, clips, rails, and attachment hardware
• Flashings, trims, closures, soffits, and edge conditions
• Interface detailing at doors, windows, louvers, and adjacent materials
• Sealants and joint treatments associated with cladding installation

All cladding systems shall be installed in strict accordance with project specifications and manufacturer installation guidelines.

2. Glazing Systems

Supply and install glazing systems, including but not limited to:

• Aluminum storefront and/or curtain wall systems, as shown on drawings
• Exterior windows and glazed openings within the façade scope
• Insulated glass units (IGUs)
• Mullions, anchors, fasteners, and related accessories
• Perimeter air and water sealing at glazing interfaces
