Arcnova completed the Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) scope for the Laurier project, delivering a high-performance exterior wall solution that combines continuous insulation, weather protection, and a clean architectural finish.
Our scope included the installation of the complete EIFS assembly, with careful attention to substrate preparation, insulation, reinforcing components, detailing, and the final finish coat. Particular focus was placed on transitions, openings, corners, and interface conditions to provide a consistent and durable building envelope.
The completed façade provides improved thermal performance while achieving the architectural appearance required for the project.
