On this project, our team successfully completed a comprehensive building envelope package that included metal roofing, flat roofing, glazing, and exterior cladding systems.
Scope of Work:
- Metal Roofing: Fabrication and installation of a high-performance standing seam metal roof system designed for durability and weather resistance.
- Flat Roof System: Installation of a fully adhered flat roofing membrane with proper insulation, vapor barriers, and drainage details to ensure long-term waterproofing performance.
- Glazing: Supply and installation of aluminum curtain walls, windows, and entrance systems providing excellent thermal efficiency and aesthetic transparency.
- Cladding: Installation of architectural cladding panels, including all necessary substructure, insulation, and weatherproofing components to achieve a seamless exterior finish.
