Fire Station 111

The Fire Station 111 project includes the supply, fabrication, and installation of exterior cladding and glazing systems as part of the building envelope. The scope covers all labor, materials, equipment, and coordination required to deliver a complete, weather-tight, and code-compliant façade system in accordance with the issued construction documents and applicable standards.

1. Exterior Cladding Systems

Supply and install exterior cladding systems, including but not limited to:

• Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels
• Metal siding / metal panel systems
• Associated sub-framing, girts, clips, and attachment systems
• Flashings, trims, closures, and transitions
• Air and water barrier tie-ins at cladding interfaces
• Sealants and joint treatments related to cladding scope

All cladding work shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer requirements, project specifications, and approved shop drawings.

2. Glazing Systems

Supply and install glazing systems, including but not limited to:

• Aluminum storefront and/or curtain wall systems (as applicable)
• Windows and glazed openings within the façade scope
• Insulated glass units (IGUs)
• Mullions, anchors, fasteners, and accessories
• Perimeter sealants and weatherproofing related to glazing scope

Glazing installations shall meet applicable performance requirements for air, water, and structural loading.
