We were involved in this project during the design stage. Our scope is supply and installation of the exterior façade systems. The scope of work includes the installation of multiple cladding systems, coordinated to meet the project’s architectural intent, performance requirements, and construction standards.
- Terracotta Rainscreen System
- Supply and installation of terracotta façade panels
- Installation of associated sub-framing and support systems
- Coordination with air/vapour barriers, insulation, and adjacent façade components
- Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) Panels
- Supply, fabrication, and installation of ACM panels
- Installation of trims, flashings, and edge details
- Coordination with window systems and other envelope interfaces
- Metal Siding Systems
- Supply and installation of architectural metal siding
- Installation in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and manufacturer requirements
- Alignment and integration with adjacent façade materials
